Be careful when looking at the box: it says "Cool Ice" on the outside
but that doesn't mean that these are chewable caplets. They just give
off a faint minty feeling at first use.
The combination of
ingredients is great for those allergy or sinus attacks. A pain
reliever, an antihistamine and a decongestant: combined, these provide
good relief of many of my symptoms of sinus and allergy issues in one
dosage. So instead of taking a bunch of different tablets, one for the
headache, one for the stuffy nose and one for the allergic symptoms, I
can cover it all at one time. But you need to be aware of what is in
this so that you don't add on additional medicine and duplicate the
dosage.
I have trouble with antihistamines making me sleeping and
this one does add a little to the sleepy effect. So if you have to do
something in the next few hours, it might be best to wait a bit before
taking this. It is great to take at bedtime for me.
